I panicked and pulled my trading of shares in September 2008 by a company apparently went bankrupt. I drew the crowd before age 59 1 / 2, now I realize that I am a huge tax penalty. Is it possible to put in the pension without penalty?

yes, put the money into an account or other deferred tax. I think you have to avoid 90 days in which to tax.
