My truck has a trailer hitch on the bumper, it is as strong as smoothly frames? It is rated to tow 2000 pounds, this classification for the defense, or if you have a pickup with a rack? It is a smooth bumper good for a mobile home?

Make sure that the hooks on the frame before they are mounted one on the bumper mounted. If there is only mounted on the bumper, will not act, tow 2000 pounds. If you have a truck, it is likely that on the frame is mounted behind the bumper.
Personally I would not use a bumper mounted easily at all.
