What I would do:
Vest
Buckles
Part Spec Ops or MARPAT
Horizontal Tank 6 +2
Fixed pockets (more durable)
Colors of the bag the same color as the jacket
2 cloves upright in front of both sides
High forehead, 6 "x6" bag and the bag (depending on the location of the right hand or left-(radio))
Standard Belt (Belt OD)
